Hi8 Vintage Videos
As far back as I can remember, I was always "the kid with a camera." Before I was even five, I was using my dad's film camera. Then, on my 9th birthday, my grandma gave me a Sony camcorder, which became my new favorite thing. After that, it was film point-and-shoot cameras, and then disposable cameras. I vividly recall waiting outside the shopping mall with my best friend after school, eagerly anticipating our photos from the one-hour development service.
As technology advanced, I moved on to HD cameras, then 4K, and eventually, 8K. But when 8K arrived, I felt a pull back to the basics. That's when I remembered my old Sony Handycam Hi8. I thought it was broken, but to my surprise, it still worked! I decided to bring it along to a wedding, and the results were fantastic.
Now, as long as that almost museum-worthy camera still works, I'll be taking it to as many weddings as possible. It deserves to bring joy to others once again!
